Services
BiocheMichael Industries LLC provides protein engineering consulting services. All services are provided under individual consulting agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in consulting agreements: client-provided data remains client property; deliverables generated for a project are delivered to the client as specified in the agreement; BiocheMichael Industries retains rights to its general methodologies and expertise.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential. Specific confidentiality terms are detailed in consulting agreements or separate NDAs as appropriate.
Limitations
Consulting recommendations are provided as professional guidance based on expertise and available information. Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and implementation.
